Personell is very friendly, almost too kind.

The spa was a good escape after a long day, really nice. Make sure to check the spa hours as it gets busy quickly.

Its a new hotel and all fascilities are new and nice. The people are very friendly and are really trying to make your day relaxing. Even though i have a few issues, this still has to be the best hotel i have tried in Plovdiv.

When i was here the hotel wasnt quite finished and during the day we had alot of loud drilling which really was uncomfortable. They only have Juniorsuites so dont bother ordering a suite as i did. Some smaller stuff is unusial for people from western countries. eg. no showercurtains, electric heater in the shower area.

Brand New Hotel in the heart of the city; great design and comfort! Nice and friendly stuff! Wish you all the best and hope to stay there again soon!

Everything is perfect!

The spa and sauna facilities offered a fantastic way to unwind after exploring Plovdiv. The restaurant served an really good pasta dish that stood out as one of the best meals I enjoyed . Unfortunately, the bathroom set-up was quite awkward with a lack of a proper shower cubicle, leading to a wet floor after showers. I also faced some cleanliness issues. There were leftover toiletries from the previous guest, disappointing. Despite these inconveniences, the staff were generally friendly and accommodating.

The Hotel is new, so generally looks clean. However the towel in my room is somehow dirty with some black dots on it. The breakfast could be improved.

The staff is really, really kind. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Tha spa center is cosy. The Italian food in the restaurant is worth a try.

The room cleanliness fell short, with leftovers from a previous guest's toiletries still in the shower. The awkward bathroom design led to a wet floor after showers, especially with slippery tiles. The noise from the go-kart track across the street could get quite intrusive at night, detracting from the overall ambiance.

Modern and well-designed hotel unit in picture online. Location just off the Airport. Also, next to a big fairground.

The room was really nice, spacious, and clean, and I loved the delicious food in the restaurant. I enjoyed relaxing at the spa and sauna after a day of exploring the area. The only downside was that the parking area could get a bit crowded, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

I stayed in a Junior Suite that was impressively spacious, giving my family ample room to relax. The highlight of our stay was the good dining experience, with flavor-packed dishes that exceeded my expectations. Parking was easy with plenty of space available.

The essentials, minus the fluff

The room was well presented, spacious, and clean, perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dining at the restaurant was a delight, with delicious options available. Plus, the conveniently located parking made our visits stress-free. A great choice for a comfortable stay!

We stayed 4 nights, the spa and staff were choice, but breakfast really let us down. The coffee was undrinkable and not a great selection overall.
